Okay for a short stay
Positive: The location is amazing, the kitchen and the bathroom are modern and clean. The bed was small but comfortable. Very friendly host.
Negative: Slightly equipment in the kitchen
The floor was really extremely dirty (black feet after walking).
It's right next to a street with pedestrians, but the noise is passable
