The apartment need to be updated. The owner need to get a exterminator because there were dead roaches and big cockroach
Positive: Great location but it’s across the street from a bar and they are very loud at night.
Negative: Everything was outdated. The pictures online is edited, but once you get there it doesn’t look the same, but it’s OK

Positive: Near the beach. 2 bedrooms were a plus. The balcony was wonderful. Within walking distance to many food places.
Negative: Had to park my car in the parking garage and wasn't able to get it out to go anywhere without having to pay the fee again the first night it was $40 on a Sunday night due to spring break. And Monday night was $20.

Great location, very responsive owner. We put all of our 20-22 year old kids here and stayed a block away. They loved it - location, size, quality!
