Great location and size.

Negative: It smelled like cigarette smoke pretty bad

Positive: Cheap, great location, 2 bathroom/showers, fridge.
Negative: Complicated to enter. The inner door locks automatically, so when you want to get something from the car, you have to go back to the front sliding door to open it from there.
Arriving with car is also a little strange, since the remote is inside the appartment and you can't park inside without it.
